My work has primarily been on designing the next generation of Mercury rugged servers. My work includes sheet metal design for the chassis and internal support structure. For these designs, I consider structural and thermal performance to extreme environmental requirements, balanced with designing for manufacturability, assembly, and repair.

• Improved design allows for 2.5x compute capacity, 6x GPU performance, and 50% increased memory bandwidth.
• Designed server to meet military and industrial environmental standards.
• Utilized design for manufacturing and assembly principles to reduce manufacturing costs and production time.
• Iterated on previous designs to improve chassis rigidity to withstand shock and vibration testing.
